Last weekend, Francisco Beccuti showed me that he was using kpdf instead of the Acrobat Reader to read his pdfs. I must say that kpdf wasn't under my radar (i thought that it was the same as kghostview), and now i am impressed with the usability of the software:
  • intuitive copy-paste schema
  • zoom with control+mouse wheel
  • when you open the document it goes to the last page you were reading
  • nice search animation
